Observăm folosirea constantă pe rețele sociale a unui fenomen mai degrabă…estetic. Hashtag-ul este presărat în multe postări, ca element de evidențiere a unor cuvinte sau a unor fraze ce exprimă accentuat mesajul publicat. Ei bine…nu pentru asta a fost creeat!

Un hashtag este un cuvânt sau o frază fără spații, precedat de simbolul „#” (numit „hashtag”). Atunci când un utilizator adaugă un hashtag la o postare pe Facebook sau alte platforme, acesta devine un link clickabil care duce la alte postări care conțin același hashtag. Astfel, utilizatorii pot explora și descoperi conținut relevant sau pot participa la conversații specifice. Mai mult sau mai puțin pe scurt, ACESTA este înțelesul unui hashtag! Să te ducă la aceeași categorie sau la același subiect dezbătut.

Romania is taking important steps towards digitization with the launch of the ROeID platform by the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitization. ROeID provides citizens with a unique digital identity and facilitates simple and fast access to all government platforms. This innovation brings numerous benefits, both for citizens and for the public administration.

The initiators of the platform have already signed 10 collaboration agreements with Institutions that present their services through online media. One of the main benefits of ROeID is the facilitation of authentication in the digital platforms administered by the Romanian state, by displaying a button at the top of the websiteAuthentication with ROeID". In other words, one identity for several websites. Citizens no longer have to go through the tedious process of physical presentation at counters and identity verification by officials. Through the ROeID app, users can quickly and easily log into all government platforms using a single set of credentials. It removes the barriers of time and distance, allowing citizens to access public services at any time and from anywhere, via mobile phone or other internet-connected device.

ROeID simplifies the access process to government platforms, such as Ghiseul.ro SPV, town hall platforms and the service HUB of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Citizens can use the ROeID digital identity to log into these platforms, eliminating the need to create and manage multiple accounts and passwords. This centralized system reduces the time and effort required to access public services, providing a smooth and consistent user experience. Another crucial benefit of ROeID is security and protection of personal data. The unique digital identity provided by ROeID is protected by advanced security and encryption measures. This ensures that sensitive user information is kept safe and accessible only by the authorized person. By centralizing the authentication process, ROeID reduces the risk of fraud and unauthorized use of personal data.

ROeID represents a European project, worth a total of 74 million lei, with a completion date of August 2023. Currently, there are still some details to be worked out, but the program developers invites you to use the mobile phone application that has already been downloaded over 500 times and constructively report any bugs or errors that occur.

OpenAI is an artificial intelligence (AI) research company and is known for the Chat GPT project. OpenAI recently announced the launch of its program of reward for identifying errors (Bug Bounty Program). This program invites security professionals and developers around the world to identify and report security issues in OpenAI systems, offering financial rewards in return.

The OpenAI Bug Bounty Program focuses on identifying security issues that could affect OpenAI's products and services or company data and systems. Uniunea Națională a Barourilor din România dispune de o nouă platformă oficială în care se regăsesc până în prezent peste 10.000 de avocați din toate barourile țării. Platforma cautavocat.ro este un proiect Binario.

Într-o emisiune recentă televizată, avocatul Sergiu Capisizu, membru în Consiliul UNBR a declarat că:

Deosebirile față de celelalte platforme sunt fundamentale. Este prima care este asumată de UNBR. Why? A bit of psychology first. It all most likely starts with the Placebo Effect and the Nocebo Effect. We often hear about Placebo: a positive but fake thing that influences your mood for the better. But, Nocebo is more...powerful! It has been clinically proven that a group of people who are given a placebo pill and are told that the pill will do them good will have positive reactions in the body in large numbers. On the other hand, if these people were given a pill and told that the pill would make them sick, they felt sick in the body in even greater numbers—predominantly—even though the pill was usually only one that contained sugar and harmless elements. This is Nocebo.

It's (somewhat) understandable that a potential client would ask us to get on the first page of Google. For example, when you search for "service Constanta" on Google, you would like to get to the first page, of course, but it's not that easy! p.s. By the way, that automotive-service.ro on the first page of Google is "put" there by our company. Modesty modesty, but a little praise doesn't hurt!

To get on the first page you need to tick some important factors:

1. A good SEO

By calling a good company (or even a neighbor who knows everything and IT too, why not?) you have a chance to get on the front page. The condition is always the same: That person or that legal entity has to prove that they have done this before and they have to prove that they know how.

2. Competition

It's not exactly easy to compete with the Competition. If there are many people in your market fighting for the same domain, you may not stand out as much if they are much older or much bigger or with a bigger Marketing budget. But this is relative. Read on!

That might take 3 months or 6 months or 12 months. It depends on many factors, but it's almost guaranteed to be a long-term result!

5. You're already on the first page of Google!

There is a possibility that you can overcome the fierce competition in your city or region through a peculiarity of the business. Do they sell many building materials in your area? A Deepfake is something very interesting and at the same time something very terrifying. This means a video that shows us a person who in fact………….isn't really the person that we see.

The most famous Deepfake is the one from 2018, where an actor named Jorden Peele makes a deepfake that shows President Obama as the protagonist of a video broadcast on YouTube. It was downright incredible and it set the tone for the alert that other people might do this in the future, but the purpose was an evil one.

This video was made by combining multiple footage with multiple moments showing President Obama in the frame. From here it was possible to combine a set of gestures and visual emotions that, together with a good vocal imitation, generated a fake video or a so-called deepfake.

Moving on to the year 2022, see that this "weapon" is put into practice. The news tells us that the mayor of Berlin had a video call with the mayor of Kyiv, only that the latter...wasn't really him in the footage. It seemed to be him in the video, he had a similar voice, but it was all a deepfake, for political purposes and to receive undue amounts of money. Digital warfare is already being used and we have been warned about it since 2018 by a comedian. How ironic, considering the same previous quality of the current president of Ukraine.

Can we spot a Deepfake?

According to a security report by AVG, report released in late June 2022, there are a few signs that a video is deepfake:

strange blinking – it seems that the people appearing in a deepfake video did not correctly generate the natural ability to blink (in the video with Obama, the blinking part seems quite well done, although everything is on a blurred background);
facial movement that is jerked – because the digital man is built from video frames from many different scenes, the image can "jump", and that would obviously spoil the naturalness of the facial movement;
color tone shift – again, due to the set of frames from different days and times of the character, some movements (although suitable as a mime) may even in a micro-gesture display a different natural color tone from footage supposedly taken in a controlled setting with constant light;
a strange mix of several facial expressions – with more complex facial expressions, a combination of adjacent frames could appear that simply betrays the video compilation used for the deepfake.

Is this important to know? Categorical! These technologies open new horizons in the world of Scams and can evolve in countless ways both for the purpose of political destabilization and in ways of stealing economic data or harming individuals. Time shows us that nothing is impossible in the field of Technology and the Internet, so it remains for us to be the first and most vigilant!
